The Retreat Audit
You send me your run of show, registration flow, participant emails, landing page, and vendor agreements. I review six areas: the offer page, registration, the participant sequence, the run of show, vendors and venue, and arrival logistics.
You receive a 12 to 15 page document with the three things to fix first, findings in each area, and a 90-day sequence with dates. A 45-minute call to walk through it is included.
If you hire me to produce the retreat within 60 days, the $850 comes off the project fee.

I. The offer page
Whether a stranger can tell within fifteen seconds who this is for, what happens, where, when, and what it costs.
II. Registration
How many steps from intent to paid, what is asked and when, deposit structure, cancellation terms, and what the confirmation says.
III. The participant sequence
Every email between booking and arrival. Gaps of silence, redundancies, and the information people write in to ask for because it was never sent.
IV. The run of show
Not the content. The transitions, the arrival, the first ninety minutes, meal timing, and who is responsible for each handoff.
V. Vendors and venue
What is contracted versus assumed. Payment schedule, cancellation exposure, dietary handling, transport, and the single point of failure with no backup.
VI. Arrival logistics
The gap between “you are booked” and “you are in the room.” Transfers, check-in, late arrivals, and what a participant knows the night before they travel.
Payment in full up front. Ten business days from receipt of materials. The walkthrough call expires 30 days after delivery.
