Retreat Audit Terms
Payment
Payment is due in full before work begins. The fee is $850 USD.
Timeline
Delivered within 10 business days of receiving your materials.
The timeline starts when your materials arrive, not on the date of payment. I will confirm receipt and give you a delivery date once everything is in.
What is included
A 12 to 15 page document covering six review areas, and one 45-minute walkthrough call. The call expires 30 days after delivery.
Credit toward your next project
The full $850 is credited toward Creative Direction or Production when you book within 60 days of receiving your audit.
Refunds
No refunds once materials have been received, since the review is the work. If you have paid and not yet sent materials, write to me and I will refund in full.
Scope
Findings are recommendations.
Implementation and results stay with you. If you’d like me to carry it out, I’m glad to quote Production separately.
