A note on scope
The proposal names the run of show, participant communications, vendor responsibilities, calendar, and price. Each line has an owner.
Terms and requirements
The first review covers dates, location, participant count, and completed work. I return a written scope with responsibilities, calendar, and price.
Full production begins four to six months before arrival. The Retreat Audit takes ten business days.
A 50% deposit starts the engagement. The written scope records the remaining payment dates.
The work requires one decision maker, retreat dates, location, participant count, working budget, venue status, and current vendor agreements.
I work with substance free retreats only. The production plan requires clear consent, sober operations, and accurate participant communications.
